Assist with Project Management for next few weeks.

Project Management - Set up MS Project file to manage my current projects to ensure timely completion of tasks. For the next 3-4 weeks, contact me daily (via Skype/msn) to inform me what tasks need to be complete. Not full time, 1-3 hours per day (est. 20-60 hours work in total - 20 business days). Assist in completing/managing these tasks if requested. Develop contact lists, reminders and report on progress. Track projects and contact others to ensure projects are completed/running to schedule. Develop costs associated with task. Need project management skills, MS Project skills, People Management Skills. Product develop and logistics skills an advantage. Also must be pleasant and personable to deal with. :) Deliverables: 1. MS project - Develop project plan. 2. For the next 4 weeks, track/update project on a daily basis. 3. Contact other people (3-4 people) involved in tasks for updates 4. Develop tasks list, track costs and report on this.
