I have a python code and would like to have the follwing done: I want the code described. How it works. What every part of the code does. I want three cases of test files for the code. (Indata sample files) And I want the chosen sample cases to be motivated. For example special cases. Calculate the time complexity for the given code. And motivate how you came to the conclusions. The problem is easy for someone with good knowledge in programming. It should not take more than 10 minutes.
