Hi,
I am a freelance HR Consultant with special interests in recruitment.
I have a total of 12 years of work experience in HR & Training and have done of recruitments for all levels right from the feet on street to the vice president level.
My last full time job was with TATAs (total of 7. 5years) where we used to work extensively on hiring people who fit into the "culture".
A brief summary of my work in recruitments:
Heading the Talent Acquisition vertical for 3 major business units in the zone. Partnering the leadership teams through manpower planning: Business plan analysis and develop a forecast of resource requirements.
Control costs through a planned approach ~ maximum utilization of all sources: external and internal.
Develop, extract, maintain and update key recruitment metrics i.e. Maintain weekly and monthly metrics for the team in terms of sourcing, cost, quality and TATs.
Partnering business by meeting the staffing requirements for all functions.
Preparing job descriptions for each profile in consultation with functional and line managers
Besides, I enjoy working with new organisations and love challenges.
Would definitely want to take up this project.
