We are an Ecommerce retailer & wholesaler looking for an exceptional recruiter to join & grow our team. The chosen candidate will be required to: Fill the initial vacancies, both tech & non tech, we have identified by: *Drafting & posting jobs on Freelancer and other platforms, inc specialist forums such as, freelancer.com owned, warriorforum.com *Interviewing, testing & recommending a short list of high calibre candidates *Work with us as a staffing consultant, to identify additional areas in our company that would benefit from recruiting additional team members. *Prepare & implement a recruitment plan. Skills: *English as a first language or exceptionally high english skills. Strong communication is key! *Exceptional Interviewing Skills. *Extensive experience of interviewing & hiring in both tech & non tech sectors. *Ability to spot star talent. * Understand & believe in hiring based on 'culture fit' We are looking to build a mutually beneficial relationship with the chosen candidate. The aim is to use your services on an ongoing basis, as and when required. Pay: We are open to paying by the hour, paying per position filled or paying a set amount per week / month.
