For better understanding and analyzing the project needs we can use a few business tools in order to structuring the business information. The first one will give us main information about the problem that it solves, the market that it is targeting, the team strength and the main resources behind the project that can be executed (like contact base and your built awareness channels, etc.), as well as an environmental information and its drivers. The second tool is going to help us build a detailed overview for the project value proposition, target segments, channels and customer relationship and will outline the resources needed to be exploited and the tasks needed to be done with defined milestones of reaching the goals by business modeling of how to turn a profit. At the last stage we should find the best means to reach the goals of the business model we have built in the previous process.
