Animate a Logo in 3D

I have a logo which contains the following elements: A red M looking logo, under the M logo is the word MONTEK, below MONTEK is a red dot followed by the word RECORDS. What I need to do is to turn this logo in the following animation: M needs to spin in 3 D horizontally 4 times in 4 seconds duration The red dot needs to continuously blink with fade effect every 2 seconds - very similar to the record symbol when a camera is recording. The duration of this animation needs to be 1 minutes long - I will need to apply this as a layer to footer of music videos. This is for a label company which needs to be used for labeling music videos. Music videos are usually 3-6 minutes longs so I need to be able to loop this layer for the duration of each music video and keeping the same animation throughout the videos. I have the logo in illustrator format. I need this animation to be in 1080p HD format that can be used with video editing software such as Vegas Pro and Premiere.
