You are required to quote on the creation of a photo realistic 3D render of a home from plans / elevations provided in pdf format. This exercise is a trial for what is likely to be 20 - 30 illustrations of a similar type. Include in your PM the additional cost you charge for 2D illustration of the floor plan. You must include examples of similar works you have done that illustrate the calibre of your rendering skills. If your work is not at least to the standard of the file attached, please do not apply. The finished render is to be supplied in a high resolution jpg format or similar.
