For this project I am looking for an awesome freelancer to create a customized lipstick for me. I am looking for someone who will do the research to make my lipstick one of the best potential future brand lipsticks on the market. No i am not looking for a manufacturer nor am i looking for an already made lipstick. I am specifically looking for someone who can actually come up with a formula and create my product from scratch.
