• Thirty years of work experience with Twenty five years in the Information Technology field with proven management, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability in various roles, including pre sales, operations, planning, and Account Management. Strong Account Management skills and experience in managing large teams with multiple reporting lines.
• Extensive experience in creating and maintaining budgets and experience in managing cost centers and revenue centers.
• Experience in managing various customer accounts and developing new customer relationships.
• Good level of oral and written communication skills in multiple languages. Fluency in English, Japanese and Sinhalese languages.
• Experience in working for long periods in multiple counties. These included, 7 years in Japan, 4 years in Australia, 1 year in Malaysia and 22 years in Sri Lanka.
