After Effects Intro Per Template Provided

I need someone that is familiar with Adobe After Effects web-site intros that can work with an After Effects template and then uploading as the Intro page for web-site. I will need basic assurance from freelancer that work will be completed to work with a Chrome, Explorer, Safari, in addition to an iPhone, Android viewer. And if the intro cannot be played on those in addition to the web-site that the intro can be bypassed by any device where a conflict may exist with it playing so the visitor can be taken directly to the index-landing page of my website if a problem exists in playing the intro. Where I will require assistance (i) in placing my company logo (vector format is prepared for insert and will be provided); (ii) The Text is to state “International Business Consultants” with the quotation marks removed; and (iii) adding the attached sound files that are in separate Zip Folders: (i) Part 1 is from the AudioJungle and titled “HiTech Audio Intro [login to view URL]”, No: 112394 that will then be followed by the second audio file by the AudioJungle which is titled “Hitech Logo [login to view URL]”, No: 471581. If you read the attached PDF that is titled “Flares Particles Logo Reveal Web Site [login to view URL]” you will see the web-page information on the two Audio Files being part of the Intro. If you will go to the web-page: [login to view URL] and then click on the Yellow Icon title Video Preview you will then be able to hear where the two Sound Files thereby providing clarification as to their placement per the template. Then the final step is to upload the completed After Effects template that will be provided as you will be able to see in the link provided below for rederence. The link below will provide a preview of the template that I will send for you to complete for my web page so that the intro will play fullscreen just as in the preview and modify the settings to not only allow for this template to be the intro to the index but to also include activating the already programmed "skip intro" button in the lower right corner (so as not to annoy people); ultimately getting this all up and running as it should for me on my web-site.
