Make a transact-SQL script for the first 2 pages of the CHF Exhibits case. Also create indexes on all foreign keys. Here is a script file to get you started. Do not change the name of the database or the login information. If you can't record the data needed, it indicates either an error in design or an error in the translation of the class diagram into table structure.
