Call schools locally and get sale leads for my website

My website offers an online platform for schools, where they Teach online using a Live Virtual Classroom software. They have access to their own public customizable micro-site, as well as a private site for their students and teachers to list thei classes, quizzes, upload and download documents between classes and Launch their Live Class Interface. What I am looking for is motivated people or teams to contact schools or training companies and get them interested in our platform. This type of platform is very much in demand, and I believe this is a great opportunity for any sales team. We are looking for an account managers who will manage the client from start to finish, as well as sales people looking to give us leads of companies who they have contacted and are interested in their products. Account managers get 20% bonus upon every signing of a contract, and sales people get a fixed bonus starting at 50$ per lead that resulted in a contract signing(this amount goes up as you reach sales milestones of 10-15-20-50).
