Add Password protected RENTAL / Database scheduling section to website

I would like to have add a rental section to my website that would work as follows WORKFLOW: A user is approved by me and is assigned a username and password (the password should be able to be changed). The user logs in and is able to see the products that are available for rent. The user clicks on the product and is taken to a page where they can see the schedule for the item. They reserve the dates depending on if the item is available. The database should enable me to put in how much inventory i have. For example, if I have 5 of those products in inventory and there is 1 that hasn't been rented/claimed for that day. If all are gone it should show sold out. User can also search by the date they need to see avail products If available the user is able to reserve that day or the amount of days the product is needed (on the calendar with start date and end date). The program then calculates the amount by the price per day and how may days they need the product for. The user can add the product to cart and continue shopping or check out The user agrees to terms and conditions and pays (via paypal) Tidbits: There needs to be a 30 day lead time (the program should not allow the user to place the order less than 30 days in advance) and would give an error message instructing the user to call instead. I want to be able to add/remove products and of course change the amount of inventory. I want to be able to remove/delete users as well as see their profiles.
