Configure Server for Media Upload

We have a video editing website, [login to view URL], and would like to enable our users to upload their media on to an external Linux server. We would like to have a link on our home server that will open an upload page on the external server. This page will be made able to upload a variety of media types and have a registration form with mandatory name and email address and optional telephone number. The style and layout of the page will not be important because a final design will be done at a later date. A separate folder will be created for each unique email address to contain the media. Any suggestions on better implementation will be appreciated. Winning bidder will be given remote access to the server. The selected provider will be required to: - configure the server to display the web page - enable media upload using a very basic page with registration form - create a folder for each new registrant to contain media. - allow for notification of successful/unsuccessful upload and accompanying text. - test and verify their completed work Preference will be given to applicants that can demonstrate experience with similar projects.
