CSV File Parser and string replace

Must use Delphi 7 program does this 1. Open user selected CSV file 2. User Enters a String to search the file in an Edit box 3. program runs through csv file looking for the search string 3a. Lets say user enters this string "B3/ 3b. Program scan lines and finds first occurrence "B3/ it gathers the string B3/ and all characters to the next " so if it found "B3/ and gathered all the string between the quotes it would end up with "B3/32" 3c. now that it has "B3/32" it needs to do some string conversion the math is like this 0-15 16-31 32-47 so were counting 16 but starting with 0 as a legitimate number so if we take the 32 and divide by 16 we would get 2 with 1 left over Another example "B3/182" divided by 16 using 0 as a legitimate number 0-15(1) 16-31(2) 32-47(3) 48-63(4) 64-79(5) 80-95(6) 96-111(7) 112-127(8) 128-143(9) 144-159(10) 160-175(11) so 11 with 7 left over So now B3/182 becomes B3[11].7 and B3[11].7 would replace B3/182 in that line then the program would seek the next B3/ ## Deliverables Delphi 7 is required included csv is an actual file that would be used
