Brazillian Residents only!!!

we require a project manager/tester who is situated in Brazil. We would like to test our telephony solution in Brazil which would involve making international calls between UK and Brazil. What we need sourced are two local SIM cards and a short code (DDI) provider. Naturally we will cover the costs of these. Then all we need someone to help with testing the calls in relation to quality and reliability. Naturally we would prefer someone with telephony experience but really someone who is smart is all that is needed. YOU MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ENGLISH!!! If you are interested please let know the cost of the SIM Cards, and if you have any ideas on cost of the short code provider. Any other questions are welcome.
