I have an existing online monthly magazine, with readers in 38 U.S. states and 27 countries around the world. I would like to add a feature to the magazine. Each month, we'll select a major sporting event in which there is worldwide interest, such as the Tour de France, the World Cup, the NCAA basketball tournament, &c. The magazine will sponsor a contest among readers to select the winners of these events. There will be significant cash prizes to the winners and top-ranked finishers. I need a person to build and maintain the front- and back-end web machinery to conduct and manage these contests. That is, to build the page with which users will interact to make their selections, to build the programs that manage and score these contests, and to build it such that fraud is prevented. This project is offered NOT AS A PAYING POSITION, BUT AS A PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY!!! The percentage extent of the partnership will be negotiated between me and you.
