The project centers around raw .bin images from flash chips. I have a program that takes this .bin and converts it to another format. This format contains the same data but applies an algorithm and makes some changes. I need someone to take this and create a utility for converting the .bin images back and forth. This stage of the project does not pay very well for the work needed. There will be 3 more parts to this project. The total potential payment for making all 4 file formats convertible will be around $900 usd. Attached are the two bins. One is the raw 512Kb bin. The other .jcl file is the converted .bin with algorithm applied. After examining these files and you are interested in working with me, I will provide the software that converts these .bins into .jcls. You can hopefully use this to determine how it converts the files and how to build the windows based gui utility for converting them back

Hi, I have experience in File Formats and similar questions. My earlier (sometimes partial) woks were related with JPG, BMP, WAV, PDF,ZIP, PNG, GIF formats. Examples you've provided - say nothing about file structure for now (some mixed data). Perhaps JCL is packed BIN. I am really intrigued to write this convertor (BIN <---> JCL). If you'll provide some convertor - then I can research it (have some experience in disassembling) and probably to get algorithm of converting.
