Dear Sir I can make that job for you. However, I would like to notice than Arduino produces not a real analog signal, but the impulses with enough low frequency. So the "transition" of the signal using analogRead and analkoWrite is possible only at very low frequencies (less than 1-2 kHz), and the output signal will have a lot of noise that must be filtered by external filter (RC-filter or whatever) There are the ways to eliminate that, but, in that case, some external circuits are necessary and the time of work (and cost) may be higher. I can write the code for you. I need to know what you want to use as output, i guess you want to use the adcs(analog pins) to read the values, but how are you going to output the voltage ?

Hi I need some more details about your project.. About the hardware that you are using and voltage AC or DC if DC whats its value?...... I designed circuit which can read AC and DC but the method to read AC and DC is different..... Their are also many constraints like arduino analog pin can maximum read 5v. I don't know what voltage value you want to read? I made a CAR battery monitoring system which read battery voltage etc I also made a circuit that reads 8 battery voltages connected in series......
