Clipshare 4.1 Minor Mods

I have a Clipshare 4.1 site with Dark Matter template. I have a few tasks to finish off on Clipshare. The main task is to solve a problem where the bottom of the video screen is hidden when a video plays unless the user scrolls down. This means that the text advertising banner is hidden. This is a default Clipshare problem, so you will see what I mean by referring to the example site at clip-share.com. My preferred solution is to install a small widescreen player or to change the dimensions of the existing player to be 16:9. Either way, this will require the size/layout of other boxes on that screen to accomodate this. The remaining tasks are to create two further copies of the main Clipshare site, to then change the colour of the template on the copies (using those provided with Dark matter) and to link the Clipshare sites into an existing main portal page. Easy work and easy 10/10 feedback for someone who knows [login to view URL] job, I would like it completing within a few days. Bonus will be paid if programmer achieves that and then more work will follow.
