Devops utilities development

Looking to develop utlities to identify system issues and perfoirm corrective tasks. 1. Windows Server and IIS 6 monitor - runs on the Windows server running IIS. Runs in an interval of M seconds. Need to identify that the IIS server is not responsive for some configurable time and reset the IIS server. In this process make sure that the IIS server is shut down before restarting it. In case the restart failed N times then restart the server. The code is to be delivered as a service in the local server. It must not require any installation of additional code on the server. 2. Similar to one, but in this case it needs to monitor an Active MQ queue piling. In case the queue is constantly increasing in size and crossing some threshold then restart another service on the local machine. Make sure that the service stops and restarts. 3. Linux - Centos 7.0 - run once (will be started by cron). Check free disk space on a file system in case it is becoming larger than some threshold then make some changes in the system (mainly changing permissions and renaming some file names). When the situation is back to normal perform tasks that reverts the changes of the previous stage. I am willing to accept calling a script that we will provide. 4. Linux - ActiveMQ monitor - get the number of queues and their data and generate a JSON object. Call a provided script with this JSON. Get a JSON file and delete the queues indicated in it. Requirements common to all: A. The servers have Ruby VM installed. The code may be in Ruby, bash, Windows shells, C etc. The requirement is not to install any special tools for the utilities B. Every utility will log briefly the error cases and will call a script that I will provide. C. Compute resource consuption should be negligable (will be defined specifically, but any of the tasks should not consume a lot of resources) D. Build tools and routines need to be provided and the code will be delivered as a git repository E. It is OK to quote on some of the utilities - I am OK with several different people developing different utilities F. This is a time sensitive project
