Apache + Varnish Help

Hi All, I'm looking for someone who has great understanding of Apache, virtual host files and varnish. Now, I should mention that I've got everything already installed and if you think you can be a smart *** and tell me or even bid more then $30, then you are crazy and you will never be selected. I also make my list of people with rational bids for future projects, not to allow to bid on them. In any case, $30 budget. I need this done quick in a few days. It needs to work with current setup which is Apache + PHP + MySQL + InterWorx (control panel) and number of sites. I just need to have virtual hosts and varnish configured so that all sites are pumped through Varnish on port 80. Adding new sites, through InterWorx shouldn't make new sites go through Varnish as well. Thank you, please bid with confidence and future project/jobs will be available to right candidate.
