Hi, openvpn is not designed for speed. I can suggest use wireguard (the best speed across all current vpn software), it have only linux client. But meet your requirements about speed. Also greate speed can be achieved without encryption with peers with static ips, again only linux. Its not possible to get good speed with openvpn.
