Build me a Twitter following

The quality of our client's Twitter audience is VERY important to us. We use a combination of tools & human Social Media Audience builders to grow our client's audiences rapidly while maintaining our strict quality guidelines. We are looking for a Social Media Manager with experience managing Audience Building tools. Someone who can ensure these tools build quality audiences rapidly, not just numbers. This person must be able to show previous success using tools to build high quality audiences on Twitter. (NOTE: Being able to provide both handles you have been responsible for and what tools you used will give you an extra edge in the selection process). They must be able to explain how they select keywords & other information these tools use to build those audiences. This is not a full time role as the tools should do most of the work but if you know what you are doing it can be a longterm role. Your job will be to set client accounts up in the tools we use (which change over time as new & better tools are created), to determine the best keywords, etc. for the tools to use, to monitor progress & make tweaks as needed.
