customized blogger blog issue (repost)

I have a Blogger Blog which has a custom template that was made to look like my site. The blog sits on my site so that when someone goes to it from my site it looks as if they never left the main site. When I post long Titles to my posts, the content pushes the right side navigation over to the right and shifts my right nav bar over and it looks like garbage. I need this fixed and I may want to implement a few design changes to it. Need someone with experience. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Need cross compatability in all Browsers especially IE6 and 7 as well as FireFox and Safari and Opera if possible.
