Car Park Patrol Web Application

We are looking for a very simple SQL based web application to be used by Car Park Patrols that record how long a vehicle has been in the car park. ## Deliverables Please see the attached screen shots brief. We are looking for a web based application that can be accesssed via a Windows PDA and PC, the screen size will be for a PDA. The system will need to be database led and be able to record the input of vehicle registration numbers. The operator will enter the car registration number and press an ENTER button, this will record the date and time that the vehicle parked. At the same time it will check if the vehicle has been parked for more than 3 hours and if it has it will show an OFFENCE ALARM. It will also need to check if the vehicle has previously been logged that day but has returned with 4 hours of that log after 3 hours have expired from the first log of that vehicle. Using our screen shot samples, screen 1 shows the input for that car registration number, the system time (automatic) and from the database the time that the vehicle was first parked. In this case the time exceeds 3 hours so the OFFENCE ALARM shows. Screen 2 shows the same but the car has not been parked for 3 hours or more. Screen 3 shows that the car has not been parked for more than 3 hours but is a returning vehicle that has come back to the car park within 4 hours. The system needs to reset each day so that it doesn't pick up on the previous day's tickets.
