back up server

I am working in IT since 2004. I have deep knowledge in Linux/FreeBSD/Windows systems administration. Last years I spent a lot of time for virtualization (Hyper-V mostly, but VmWare as well). At the same time I have Exchange Server 2013 administration experience. I work in an IT company as Senior System Administrator, but here I introduce myself as a private system administrator because I believe that there cannot be any development without new experience. I'm very keen on new projects and would like to take any opportunity to be a part of something interesting

Hello, Please clarify what exactly you need. I suppose you have a virtualization host(s) and need to backup VMs, right? How many hosts and VMs you have? Do you have Veeam deployed already or it has to be deployed? Where you are planning to make backups to?
