Create After Effects animations for resturation

Hi i want to do resturant menu and some menu offer with Adobe After Effects or maybe another software. i have this template in .aep fileformat, o ucan see it here [login to view URL] You can use it. i want flames at the bottom. what i want is similiar to these monitors here [login to view URL] if you ahve another idea of how that can be done or anything to tell me then i will be happy to hear from you or any idea. i have 5 monitors and need to have 1 video for all of them, sure also i need the original file so i can make changes in future
