After Effects Project Creator Partner

I am a music composer who is in need of someone with proficient skill with Adobe After Effects. This job has two parts, requiring the candidate to be very creative and innovative. The first part is clientele. I compose music many of my clientele. Sometimes, they also require a visual representation of these music or, if the music is for a promo, they ask that I make a promo that goes along with the music itself. Unfortunately, I lack the ability to create such extravagant works. The chosen candidate will be responsible for creating such visual representations. The candidate will receive 70-80% of whatever the candidate gives. The second aspect is selling. I would like to work with chosen candidate to create nice promos and visuals to sell on the Envato marketplace (VideoHive). I would create the music and the candidate would create the respective promo. The candidate will receive 50% of the profit. The more the sales, the more the profit for the selected candidate. All candidates will be required to show a portfolio of their work to assess the individual's level of proficiency with the software. They will need to have and know how to use popular plugins (trapcode, Sapphire, Videocopilot,etc) The better the work, the longer this job could last, resulting in more profit for the selected candidate.
