action video editing

I have 28 minutes of action video from me kiteboarding. I would like someone to create a 3 minute video of the best action. This job is expected to take no more than 3 hours and I will pay $2 per hour. Max I will pay for this job is $6. If this works out I expect MANY more of this same job.
