Add-in for Outlook 2003

I need to an Outlook 2003 Addin done in the next 3- 4 hours. I have a source code, which needs debugging. The programmer must be very efficient as I have very little time. Here is the expected behavior of the Add-in : It will add a button in the New Message window of Outlook ( see the attached image , in the image it is labeled as Enviar Comprova but we will label it "Send Comprova". This string should be in a resource file , so that they can change it later on) . On clicking it will add this suffix .[removed] to the email address , [removed] and the mail should be SENT.
