Code to run sql insert when web page loads the first time

I need some code to run an SQL data base insert the FIRST time a web page is loaded and NOT when it is REFRESHED OR A POSTBACK. We are doing this because we want to record page views. I have the insert statement prepared. But I don't have the time to figure out how to create logic to ignore page refreshes (obviously postback is easy). I want the code sent to me in an aspx page, which I will then test with our insert statement. Thank you.
