Custom Find and replace

I have tons of text files with different filenames, however; inside each of those files are words I would like to switch out. For example, I have a filename called "[login to view URL]", inside that file are different words. I would like for the script to go through that text file and find a specific word i input and replace it with the file name. Here is an example. I have a file name called "[login to view URL]", and I have lines of text in the file. I want the script to go through the file and find every word called "flavors" and replace it with the name of the actual file it is located in, so the end result will look like this... Filename: "[login to view URL]" "body of File Hello, how are you readers? I have an article about orange-soda. Do you know where orange-soda originated from? orange-soda came from Mars, pluto, jupiter and the sun." Note: in above paragraph, where ever you see "orange-soda", which is the name of the text file, the previous word that it replaced was "flavors". If you understand what I need, please make a bid.
