build simple database and extract data via vb script or sql

I have a tool called email2db (see [login to view URL]) which will scan your inbox and extract data from email inquiries from customers. As we sell holiday rental villas, we then extract the 'arrival date' and 'departure date' from the email (html) and then generate a quote via email2db. What I require is someone to write the following script and database (say MS Access) as follows; calculate the TOTAL number of nights (be aware that the departure date is not counted as a nights stay) then design a database that will hold the nightly rate (365 dates a year) read the database to sum the total value of the stay based on the number of nights The database must allow for multiple homes to be added (using a unique number for each home) I have attached a copy of the email that contains the dates that need to be extracted to then look at the database to determine the rental value that will be passed back to the email2db software. You also need to make yourself familiar with the email2db software which extracts the data from the email (you can download a free 30 day copy from their website) If we can make this work, then this will grow into a really big project, but this is Phase 1, a proof of concept so need to work with someone that can put together a database quickly and write the scripts to determine the date range, read the database for nightly prices, sum, and return the value to email2db.
