Creation of 250 Freeblog accounts

Hi there, I need someone who creates me 250 freeblogs from different hosts. I'd supply you with a list of freeblog hosts where you can chose 250. Furthermore I'll give you an email account which you can use for the subscriptions. You'd set up the blogs and activate them. You'd report userid, password and url in a spreadsheet. Deadline is August 12th. I'll pay 30% before and the rest after delivery.
