Devise a marketing plan.

Hello everyone. I'm in the process of opening a free online store provided by zlio.com. I am also putting together an ebook on domain name investing. Both of these endeavors are geared towards building traffic for my personal freelance site. I'm in need of a marketing expert to come up with a plan for...well...marketing both the store and the ebook. You don't have to actually do the marketing. I just need you to come up with a couple of pages detailing what you would do if you had to market these things yourself. I'd like to have this done within 14 days of accepting the job.
