Addition of $ and € functionality to existint Magento Go store

We have an existing site [login to view URL] which is hosted on the Magento Go platform. Would like $ and € functionality so that customers can browse and purchase in their preferred currency. We would also like some geo location ability to recognise the users location (or brower language?) and push them to the correct currency when they first visit the site. they should be able to switch to an alternative currency if they so choose. We would also like to be able to manage promotional banners and homepage images, depending on where the user has come from. (eg. we would like to show US and UK different banners as the banners might use currency symbols. Please note that this is Magento Go and not the community edition, when selecting a freelancer i will seeking evidence that they have worked within the confines of Magento Go. Thanks
