Checkout Design and Coding - High CSS/jQuery Requirement

I am looking for freelancers with great design ability ONLY. The final job must look great, please do not post if you do not have exceptional design ability. I am looking to redesign my checkout page, and I have attached a rough sketch of the elements required on the page. I will need an experienced designer/coder to redesign this, and greatly improve the look of the checkout. The basics: Shopping Cart box: - content will be what is currently there on my site: [login to view URL] - will contain product thumbnail, productname , quantity box, subtotal - Ajax product quantity, as well as "remove" Please use sample data/pictures/products in the job Shipping Calculation box: - Ajax postcode/suburb (insert some sample data) - script to generate total price Must look pretty, dont use standard ugly dropdown boxes Payment Selection: - 3 "clickable" images, depresses when clicked, changes/shadows on hover so that it is known that it is a button - will smoothly scroll the page down if directdeposit/credit card is picked Form for direct deposit and credit card: - content will be the same as the "shipping information" and "Your details" combined, as per [login to view URL] - credit card will also need the "Payment Details" as per [login to view URL] All forms will need validation, must be good looking, not simple alert boxes. Please note that this includes the credit card form also. Once again, I will need to stress that this page must look great, and this is a strict requirement. Creative, aesthetically pleasant images would be needed, good user interface and great usability required. Must stay way from ugly html form/inputbox/dropboxes/submit buttons/etc. All transitions need to be smooth, not instant jumps. This brief only contains a guide to the required elements, however the main component will be to make this page look great.
