Convert PSD image to responsive html

REQUIREMENT: This project is to convert a simple PSD image to a responsive HTML with proper CSS and jsquery js i f needed. The page is a 3 steps wizard screens that goes from step 1 to step 2 to step 3. The complete image will be provided. Any design and graphical changes will be handled on our end. Your role is to slice the image and deliver the final html template with correct web images, css and js resource. You should give advice to the graphic designer if needed to complete your task. The final product should be modern responsive html, viewable in common pc and mobile web browsers. HOW TO QUALIFY: Start your bid with the word "PSD2HTML".
