Build a Photo Uploader for Facebook page

I wish to add a PHOTO UPLOADER to my personal facebook page. In the first version I am looking for something that looks decent and works well. If we find people use it then we can refine the design in version 2. * The app must work in the main browsers * The app should be compatible with the Facebook terms and conditions * The freelancer must attend to registering the App, if necessary, with Facebook * It should be possible to upload photos without giving any details other than the minimum Facebook permissions I would like to get a basic uploader done for about 300-400 dollars. I am not exactly sure how long this will take so suggest two milestones: 1. initial design and development of working prototype, not yet on Facebook 2. Upload to Facebook, ie live environment
