Complete My FlowerShop Website Project

I have worked on the website for a few months with a designer/developer. Looks like there are some custom parts of the site that have taken a long time to complete. Looking for a PrestaShop developer and graphics designer to complete the website ASAP and release it to production. current website that is existing [login to view URL] current in progress website [login to view URL] Also will need help to migrate everything over to one of my hosting accounts. Existing site and domain is hosted with [login to view URL] and development site is hosted with [login to view URL] (Purchased the security certificate which I am not sure is necessary) Below are the requirements that were given to start with. Some of them are completed. Some of them seem like need to be completed. With the existing site it's not very easy to add products, photos and product options. Additionally it's important to capture the data for marketing use.. Some incorrect alignments on the banner, iphone, ipad. Shopping cart configurations with the checkout pages are not correctly developed. Website does not look correct in Internet Explorer 8.. Does not look correct on Iphone 5. Need to be able to make the website show themes (holidays and occasions to change backgrounds). Need to configure and enhance the order confirmation emails, invoice PDF's. Configure all modules and add Facebook Login. Need to complete the development of the per Zip Code Delivery fee logic. (Aggregate multiple orders delivered to one address or override delivery fee if product over $100) See attachment for the original website creation requirements.
