Create webpage based upon image

Please see the attached image of the webpage that needs to get created using HTML and CSS. I will provide the graphic elements within 24 hours. You need to test your website in recent versions of Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome. Please also state in your bid whether you can test on a tablet device for example in Safari on an iPad. I need you to deliver a version every 24 hour throughout the project. For each release, you need to state which browsers you have tested in and what is still not working. You also need to host the webpage on a server (like Amazon S3) and also send me all the code (so I can review) for every delivery. The first delivery (within 24 hours if me accepting your bid) might have the following message: "Only tested in latest Firefox, only top part of the page is working". If I see that your first delivery did not progress enough, I will cancel the project and pay you a quarter what you bid. Your recreation will need to be exact almost on a pixel to pixel basis. You are not allowed to use images for anything else than graphical elements like the circle with the text "Fast pris 4.800..." Your deadline for this project for compatibility with Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome is 4 days. You will be given extra days to fix compatibility with other browsers. Please indicate in your bid, whether you are able to place the code in a [login to view URL] repository, as this is a huge plus. The width of the website needs to be 960 pixels.
