Design Specification package for Givemoney.to

[login to view URL] requires design work. The website is still in development, with placeholder user interface elements. The user interface needs to be redesigned. We need design specifications, which the programmer can follow and implement. This will involve : - Mockups - Any design elements (icons, animated icons, sprite sheets, fonts, etc). - Design instructions on actions (action on click, action on mouse over, pop-ups) and the transitions (slide-up/down/left/right, scroll-to/jump-to, etc) ALTERNATIVELY, to avoid having to describe every action and transition, the deliverable can just be complete HTMLs (and associated resources) which performs them, to be integrated by our programmer with the back-end.
