Design html templates (Borders) for my ads

I need to get some template borders designed that i can put html content into. These are going to be used as images in CL advertising. I need basically borders that are nice and flashy but not to over the top. that i can put my html ad content into, then i will make an image out of that. I have attached what i have used, the 4th image gives you an idea as to what it looks like with the wording in the borders. (sorry i blocked out some of the writing in the ads) As the #1 image i would really like more borders like this made. As i need these in html format, where i can open them in my frontpage editor and put my html content into them. Once there i will make images out of them, so the ad borders can not have any movement (flash) in them, as i will be making images out of them. So this should be a really easy job for the html experienced. If you are really good with colors, as the ad will be to sell the consumer on a product. (as the right colors will trigger emotions to buy) Also if you can write a good sales copy i would be interested in new content as well, but my main concern for this project is the outside borders.
