colourful African website front page - design it

Hello Freelancers I need a clean, neat home page design for a new website. The website will be for businesses to interact with each other and with the public in Botswana. I have attached the businesses logo. There will be five expandable buttons on the page plus a "Member's feature" panel in a prominent position (top or bottom). The buttons are: - Login/Register - Upcoming events - Groups - discussions - Search - News I DO NOT need any functionality behind these buttons at this stage. What I'm looking for is a sunny, colourful, African design that compliments our logo (attached) and infers business networking and interconnecting in the simplest, cleanest way. My budget is $50 and the project winner agrees that I will retain all rights to the design when I have paid for it. This is obviously like a competition except that I don't need a whole website, just one static page and my budget is $50. Best regards Chris
