Auction Site

Looking for an Auction website built and maintained. You can teach me how to update it, but would like to make sure you are around if the site crashes, cant wait weeks to contact someone and get it up and running. Thus, only looking to work with people in Chicagoland area. I am on the Northside of the city. Obviousely, I am looking for someone that understands an e commerce site and can make the whole system function without calling in help from a friend. We can talk about details and prices after the bids, as I want someone with a portfolio, rather than just looking for the lowest price. But price does matter :)
