Website where individuals can log in (very securely) and upload there details and complete forms, including a CV and a video. This section needs to be able to play the video in a youtube sized video box. Only people who log in with an email address (with a link sent to email to confirm access to address) can upload data. Some sort of video compression to make all videos sent, playable at a good definition but with compressed file size.
A different type of log in which requires payment to access the site and browse all the clients data. This log in needs to have a typical recruitment style search, e.g. keywords, location (distance), industry type, etc. This log in should not be able to browse all clients data, only those that return in the search.
The access from log in (type 2) on payment, should only give access for 30 days, then expire, thus blocking access, but not deleting the account. Infact there should be various payment options, (30 day), (60 Day), (yearly) according to the length of service they require.
So the site needs a secure payment option, which should include, using Credit cards and paypal.
I need to be able to edit content on the site, i need access to stats of the website, hits, payment reports, users, log ins per day/week/month, recruiter log ins etc etc.
I must be able to produce lists of emails, phone numbers from the reporting section - only available to me.
I also need to be able to edit/delete profiles, both client and recruiter, infact full access to my admin account, with the ability to create other accounts.
I would need key words in the meta data, (provided) for search engines.
The site would need a homepage, log in page (or window), news page, and 3 more pages which i will populate with text pictures and video - these al need to be editable.
The homepage will not be static, there must be images scrolling across, with options of videos play too.
The option of creating and deleting pages is a must.
Site must look clean and fresh, but up to date, it must be able to show a small box in the homepage showing the last post to latest news.
The site must be secure.
Users must also use complex passwords.
The site should not store any credit card data.
A second part of the job, may include SEO, for a set period of time... details to follow.
