I am open to proposals on which platform to use for this mock-up design. Basically 3 pages, Home-Gallery-Project then an About page. Recently hired Freelancer to build this in Wordpress but it was done very badly, hardcoded from a stripped down theme and now fell apart when it moved to root and updated. To save time she also made a cobweb of links all over the damn place. That developer (Sarwat03) will not stand behind her work and so I am back to square one. She claimed to be WP expert, LOL. Tech support that have looked at her coding can't believe how anyone can be so stupid not to know you can't do that with WP. Bad luck for me to trust that one but after outsourcing for 20 years it's kind of inevitable to get screwed sometimes. After Sarwat03 I hired Alexm87 3 weeks ago to fix the site and so far he's done nothing. He is now fired. As to site details: Home will have slider and needs to be browser window edge-to-edge wide images that load fast, as with this site [login to view URL], if possible. There are several Project pages with images in mySQL All details of the site such as text has been completely designed and can be accessed from WP dash. If you propose re-building the WP version existing have the credentials to go with your advice. This is a custom designed page, not a run-of-the-mill template and I want it to function flawlessly. Also, be honest about your skills since as of today my business website has been offline for a couple weeks and it's bad for business. Another a-hole freelancer I really don't need right now.

First of all i will convert your PSD into responsive and cross browser compatible by using Bootstrap Framework. I always make responsive site by using this framwork and also now days may of premium themes developed by using this framework. Next will developed it install able theme. The will make theme with rich theme options which allow you to change all site easily from admin area. The theme will not have any single hard coded link. The end product will be install able which you just need to install and do some very basic configuration to get your site run. You will able to install it on as many site as you want without doing any extra effort. I sure that you can edit complete website from admin area. you don't need to go to code. Important thing for me isn't just making money, my aim and goal to provide great level services and build relationships with client.
