Customise Magento eCommence Site

I am seeking to install this Magento Commerce template on my domain: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The existing Blanco logo will need to be replaced with a '[login to view URL]' logo. Successful contender to include logo design and implementation as part of this project. Web developer to incorporate Google Analytics (so admin can track site performance). All features of the Magento template are to be activated/developed: Including but not limited to: Shopping cart, payment interface, search function, user a/c & member log-in, site back-up, contact us page, newsletter, social integration (Facebook, twitter), site map, wish list, shipping/freight estimation etc. Mobile version to be developed in conjunction with web version. Tested on iPhone and major brand smartphones. Contestants need to outline projects they have completed of a similar nature, and provide some references so we can contact previous employers to verify your performance (Re: deadlines, accuracy, professionalism). Prior to us selecting any proposal, freelancers must also attach a work completion schedule (and proposed milestone payment amounts). The completed site will feature unique products; web developers to assist with establishing inventory/product database. Developer to make allowances if accounting system integration is required in the future.
