Clone with custom changes

We are looking to create a copy of the following site and customize it with our colors, images and content. [login to view URL] The website will need to be an exact copy and then incorporate the custom changes we would like to make. The website will be hosted on [login to view URL] with a cPanel back-end. This project also includes the opportunity for long-term maintenance of the site. With your bid please include your proposal on the back-end system to be used. We are currently thinking about wordpress but welcome your suggestions.
