Design for website. One page only. The main code has mostly been written.

I have a project currently being worked on by a database expert. He/ we would rather leave the design work to a design expert. It shouldn't take long - I've mocked up a version on paper here [login to view URL] Or a larger version here, if this link works: [login to view URL] It should resemble facebook, youtube, google, ebay, vworker etc in that it has: a white background with light blue banners, buttons, links etc a small logo (either yours or this: [login to view URL]) a minimal amount of artwork, just nicely laid out. The website is a combination of ebay and this page on facebook: [login to view URL] and should really resemble any/ all of those mentioned above. I am still adding buttons to the website, and links, as I get new ideas. The coder I have is very adept and will copy more buttons etc if you can help get the project completed with a good design. The winning bidder will work with myself but if things get too technical, it may be wise to contact Jeremy, the coder direct. Please provide a html template for us to work with.
